Vega 64 on Mojave Temperature and Fan issue

Something strange when I read all your posts with Vega. I have a Sapphire Nitro+ Vega 64 and I never had a pb with fans or temperature. Only the wrong GPU Die Temp stuck at 127°C. Everything is normal and my fans stop when the temperature of the card is 35°C (Something like that). Mojave and iMacPro SMBIOS for me. No VGTab. Only Lilu and Whatevergreen.

My only pb is the low boot screen resolution but it's not really a pb.

Not strange at all. Your cards fans are probably entirely controlled by the video card's firmware and the software won't have any effect on it. That's why I tell people not to expect the fan control kexts to work with non-reference cards.

Try disabling CSM to see if you get a better resolution on boot.

without CSM the resolution is better but still poor. (From 1024*768 to 1280*1024 and 4K before with my 1070)

I don't know... My system boots in 4K with CSM disabled.
