Vega 64 Noise and 144hz problen

Hi,
My Vega 64(Powercooler Red Devil) also has the same problem.
Did you solve?
The blinking red LED stops when I access the Netflix site in my case.
I do not know why to solve it ....

You have to create a power table and inject it with clover.

In my case I decreased the the clockspeed to 1350 Mhz
Coil whining is completely gone!

1. I downloaded the bios file from my card from here: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios...6&version=&interface=&memType=&memSize=&since
2. Boot windows
3. Start OverdriveNTool
4. Klick the corner left in the program
5. choose power play table
6. Load the bios in OverdriveNTool
7. Change the values of corespeed and save it to the registry
8. YOu can "remount" the graphiccard in windows. You can test if the settings are working.
   For example move a windows with the mouse. When it's stutter, the power play table do not work.
9. You have just try the settings out.

When you are done and found your settings you can copy the hex values of the power play table in windows registry, save it in a textfile and paste it in clover like described here

Absolutely!
LEDs are also "quiet" now.

When you decrease corespeed you can also take care of fan speed.
The thread I linked in my post has the solution for fan speed too.

I do not know how to solve without powerplaytable.
OverDriveNTool is just a tool, what it makes easier to create the table.

Hi! This is from Coil whine, I have a Vega 56 and the annoying electrical noise coming from the GPU. At begining I am thinking it was from CPU but it's not.

I fix the problem by downclocking the "core frequency" of my Vega 56, to 1450 MHz on P6 and P7, and I reduced the fan speed idle to 500. With Vgtab-en.

I tried to overclock the mem clock of the Vega to get more power but after glitch on cs go i decided to come back on native preset and just change the P6 and P7 frequency to haven't the while coil.

For me the worst problem it is that the Vega on Windows with AMD utility know how to stay noise less with really low capacity, by using 50MHz memory clock of GC and let the idle of the fan in 50 RPM. It is awesome and let the desktop and internet navigation silent. I will try to get the same from my windows boot partition. I hope it is work. I need a silent pc !
