Using WOL function when multi-booting Windows and Mac OS

Windows and Mac OS are multi-booting
WOL operation on Windows shutdown,
WOL does not work on shutdown on MacOS.
What settings should I set?

Used Motherboard - ASUS Z170-A

On my intelmausiethernet it constantly wakes up, go to sleep and wakes up again whole day
