usb ports jumbled?

the usb3.0 slots on my build don't show usb3.0 sticks? neither the ones on my case nor the mainboard, they all seem to work with usb 2.0 but once i insert a usb 3.0 it doesn't show, the only one working is the "usb 3.2 gen2" slot on my motherboard. the other slots are "usb3.1 gen1" and "usb 3.0", i guess it has to do with my config.plist? anyway i attached it..after cheking system information, it says my keyboard is plugged in a usb 3.0 bus although it is a usb 2.0?
