USB port puzzle

This was seen in a 4740s, but maybe you have it elsewhere:

System information shows the right back USB port being connectd as USB 3. The speed is reported correctly, but at the connected device (which is a USB 3 stick in the pictured case).

For the other ports the bus and speed data are correct.

USBView on Windows shows that the right back port is indeed usb 2.

Could it be some kext issue, confounding reported speed of device and bus?

What drivers/patches are you using for USB?
Becouse according to your pics, your USB3 stick isn't recognised as USB3.

Edit: on second look, just one of your USB3 ports dont recognise it as USB3.
 
That's normal. Only 2 left ports are "true" SuperSpeed USB 3.0
Right-rear on bus 0x1d is "shared" between two controllers. See Mieze's post on multiplexing USB port at address 0x001D0000
