Hi, I hope you can help me please!!
I recently upgrade my OS to mojave, I found later about the NVIDIA drivers not working issue, so I decided to downgrade to high sierra,
I backed up my disk and then formatted (in my laptop with high sierra on it as MacOS extended Journaled and GUID partition Map) so I could have a fresh install, and I did the same for my USB, then with unibeast I made a bootable high sierra USB ; but as soon as I try to reinstall, my disk didn´t appeared so I cleared my BIOS. that make my disk appear again, but my USB shows in BIOS but not as a UEFI only as USB, If I select the usb as Boot device I get a message "Reboot and select proper Boot device..."
I have try so many ways to create a Bootable USB (unibeast, Install disk creator, terminal etc...), with different USB and all of them seems to be right in my laptop but I cant make them show as UEFI on my BIOS, I have tried everything I can find and nothing works, I am desperate, am I missing something? Thank´s in advance.

My config
GA Z97MX-gaming 5 bios F6
Intel i7 4790 3.60GHz
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500gb
NVIDIA GeForce GTX750 Ti
32 gb ram

Does the USB boot in UEFI on the laptop?

Yes it does

Sometimes this is caused by conflicting boot entries. As a work around you might want to create a legacy Unibeast USB and install macOS then install Clover in UEFI only mode to the SSD.

Hi!! I tried the Legacy Unibeast USB, and still appears as just an USB, but if you select as first Boot option on BIOS it goes to another BIOS screen were I can boot from the EFI USB, then Clover appears with only the external drive, I hit enter and everything goes well until I got stuck with the apple logo and the round progress bar.

Hit the space bar when you select the external drive and choose verbose mode. Post a screenshot of where it stops.

This is the last screen I get

If you're using a USB3 port try different USB2 ports. Remove any other drives or hardware other than needed to boot and install. If it continues happening take a video and step through it to find more info then post more screenshots. The error may occur before that last screen.

Also remember to fill out your profile/signature with your system info as required by the forum rules.

Hi, I have disconnected everything else and try different USB ports as recomended with USB 2.0 drives and keeps stucking in the same place, Is it possible to connect my ssd as an external drive in my laptop reboot with the UEFI USB and install de OS from there and then connect it?? Thanks for all the help so far!! I’ll post some stills from the verbose mode.
