USB drive won't BOOT

Im new to Hackintoshes. I have tried alot of times to BOOT from a BOOT stick. I only get a message which says BOOTMGR is Missing. I have tried it with two BOOT sticks so I guess I'ts my Computers fault.

I have a HP DC7900 CMT
Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q9650 3,00 GHz
2x4GB RAM
Samsung 150Gb HDD
