USB boots fine but installer does not start

The installer boots fine as I mentioned yesterday. The installed OS partitions (10.11.6 and 10.12.5) don't boot without OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi.

Problems with 10.11.x and 10.12.x are off-topic... you should open a separate thread (with complete "Problem Reporting" files).
