USB boot replacement

i have an Yosemite hackintosh. I returned home to find the usb boot was damaged. I am struggling to build a new replacement USB boot drive so i can boot my Yosemite. I believe the system and hdds are all fine, just need a boot drive. I've created multiple unibeasts but fails to boot. Please help. I have years of work on this system.
