USB Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter

Hello, i'm new, I successfully did my second hackintosh, everything is working correctly.
The only trouble regards the bluetooth adapter.
I bought a cheap one. The chip is from CSR.
It works correctly when connected to a USB 2.0 port, but when I connect it to a USB 3.0 port, mouse and keyboard (from Apple) start lagging, in particular the mouse: it's impossibile to use.
I don't know what is the issue, because the USB 3.0 ports on my computer are working correctly !!!

May be helpful for you, But I believe that USB 3.0 interferes with the frequency that comes off the USB 5.0Ghz being incompatible for USB 3.0.. 2.4Ghz and 5.0ghz will work fine through USB 2.0, hope this helps and please correct me if I am wrong,
