USB 3.0 speeds possible?

Hi hackintoshers!

I did a build with El Capitan over a year ago on my listed hardware and it's been running great!! But last week I decided to do a Sierra build from scratch (Build: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...k-gtx960-sc-e2200-ac1150.242977/#post-1669592) and eventually got my rear USB 3 ports reading USB 3 drives using renaming of EHCx->EH0x in DSDT - but my speed is only 40 MB/s.

Has anyone achieved USB 3.0 speeds with sierra and 9 series boards? Anyone know where I should look or read for possible fixes?
