Upgrading probook 450 G2 to full HD

I am planing to upgrade my current laptop (hp probook 450 G2 Model K9K11EA) screen which is

Innolux N156BGE- E31 Rev. C3

I think this screen uses single lane eDP cable

my question if I do the upgrade do I need to change my cable with 2 lanes eDP as the full HD uses

and where to find one?

my current cable info: hp part number is (768127-001)

You will likely need a new cable... Check the part# of similar laptop with dual link display (eg. 17" G2?) to see which cable it uses.

I can confirm that in my 450 G2 with that same cable (same part number, but different label). That a 1080 screen will work. See the screen info and cable below.
