Upgrading my G5 Hack

My current build contains:
Corsair AX850 psu
Samsung 860 evo 250gb ssd
Aorus AMD radeon rx570 gpu
Cooler master Hyper 212 cpu cooling

I propose to upgrade with:
Asus prime z370-A II mobo
i5-8600k cpu
Corsair vengeance lpx 2x8gb ddr4 dram 2666mhz c16

Any advice on this combination...major problems?
edit: changed the cpu from i5-8400 to i5-8600k

What version of MacOS do you plan to run? High Sierra? Mojave? Or others?

High Sierra 10.13.6 and Mojave should work with your new hardware and the RX 570.

I’m currently running Mojave 10.14.3 and will continue running Mojave.
I was more looking for comments/advice regarding there being any potential problems with my old hardware and it playing nice with the new hardware, and issues with that combination of new hardware which could be minimized with a ‘better’ combination.
