Upgrading Graphics Card - Titan X or wait for GTX980Ti

I'm considering a graphics card upgrade to my z97 machine... Does anyone have any thoughts about the Titan X vs the upcoming GTX 980Ti?

I've been reading older reviews on the previouse Titan vs. GTX 780Ti and now I'm really unsure which direction to go.

Well, i didn't feel like waiting so i bought a Titan X. Removed the GTX 780 and put in the Titan X and it just worked.

Running 10.10.3 with nvidia web drivers.

What is/are the screen(s) you use, I am considering to buy this card but I had some trouble with my UHD screen (Dell UP3214Q). So I am a bit worried about the compatibility, some people need the nvda_drv=1 bootflag to run the Titan X, did you use it or is it working without it?
