Hey everyone,
Using a Customac Pro build, I have the dual thunderbolt gigabyte board, just got the GTX 660, have 650HX power supply, Intel 3770.

Right now I'm typing from it using my old graphics card. The new graphics card stops at the motherboard splash screen, waits for a while, and then the screen goes black. Computer seems to power up normally. The first time I did it, it asked me to connect the PCI power cable, and I did that, but now I still have pretty much the same result. I can feel the fans blowing on the graphics card.

Essentially, I'm working perfectly with the old card and the new one gets me stuck in the Motherboard splash screen. Does anyone know what to do? I'd really appreciate any help.

Thanks,
Matt

HI there

I did the same move a while ago. from 640 to 660. In the BIOS I have to switch from internal graphics to PEG, Is there anything like this in your BIOS ? I thin it is called init first ..something
