Upgrade El Cap --> Mojave > Black Screen

I have an issue - I managed to upgrade El Cap --> Mojave, directly, by temporarily telling clover to use Fake CPU ID 0x0106E0 (manually re-entering that upon successive reboots, during installation), but AFTER installation, I still have to use that CPU ID, or it won't boot.

Furthermore, upon full boot up, I still have to use the above CPU ID to boot my Pentium G3258 (seems ok) and then, once macOS is fully booted (I hear system sounds, so definitely booted) ALL I see is black screens, not UI and no Desktop.

Specs as per profile, but in case:

Asus Z97-p
G3258
8GB RAM
Samsung Evo 850 250GB SSD
PNY 2GB GT 710

Please post your EFI folder. Were you using web drivers or macOS drivers for the card before installing mojave?
