If you plan to install Monterey 12.1+, so the RX 6600 will work you would be advised to find a guide for an X99 board that shows how it can be done.

That would probably be a good place to start, even if the guide is for a different motherboard and CPU. The processes used should be the same for getting Monterey running on your system. I am sure others with X99 systems will have used this as a base to work from.
