Updated to Clover 5518 now macOS HDDs not seen

Hello all,

Booted my hackintosh after some time and seemingly put myself between a rock and a hard place. I updated my clover and upon rebooting my macOS installation isn't seen by the newest version. I still have my original USB install and I was able to see and boot into the HDD just fine. My long term goal is to install Mojave but I wasn't seeing a good guide from Sierra to Mojave so i was going to go version by version. Need to get the clover situation resolved and would appreciate any info.

There are no Mojave drivers for your GTX 970.

There is no Clover 5518 (yet), current version is r5118.
The Clover folder structure has changed in the newer versions.
The location for drivers has moved.
Make sure that all of your required drivers are in the new location.
