Update to UEFI Bios when booting up screen looses signal.

Hi I just updated to the UEFI bios for my GA-Z68XP UD3. It all worked fine but now when 3/4 of the time after the spinning gear in the boot up my moniter would loose the signal and not get it back. Before I update the bios, in the boot up after the spinning gear the moniter would loose the signal for about 1 second and then it would get it back and the operating system would show. But like I said for some reason this only happens about 3/4 of the time, the rest of the time it boots up and the monite looses signal for about 1 second than it turns on again and the OS shows up.

Figured out the problem was I got switched to Mac pro 3,1 which caused the problem. Before the update I was on Mac pro 5,1 but the cause kernel panic at bootup so now I am on iMac 12,1 and that works one problem is now in the bios I can't overclock the CPU
