Update to Mojave from previous El Capitan installation

I installed OS 10.11.4 about 2 years using the clover uefi guide, is it possible for me to just update to Mojava with just the App Store?

Make sure everything is up-to-date before updating.

So pretty much run through the guide starting from post-installation right? or do I just need to worry about everything after "

Well, if you're starting for the first time with that guide, you don't have an "old" probook.git, so no need to update any repo as you'll be cloning a fresh copy.
But yeah, everything in post-install, including updating Clover itself.
