Any solutions.

AMD 5000 and 6000 series card models are only supported by Apple upto and including 10.13.6, Apple has also dropped support for older Nvidia graphics cards. Some wifi support has also been dropped that was featured in Mac machines that isn't supported in Mojave.

No workaround to solve this as the graphics API that Apple use is new. A Nvidia GT740 works as does newer AMD cards like RX460/560 and up. See Graphics section and Buyers guide for further info.

Ok I have to buy a new card

Hello, I have the Radeon HD 5770 card working perfectly. I share my configuration file.

What do you mean working perfectly? How many displays? What resolution? What about GFX acceleration?

Did you see the screen capture, it is High Sierra 10.13.6, again Mojave does not support Radeon HD 5000/6000 series.
