Just a quick update on an older system originally built for OS X Lion running the latest OS X Yosemite perfectly. The Sandy Bridge CustoMac Mini 2011 GA-H67N-USB3-B3 - Core i3-2105 - HD 3000 Graphics. The original posts are here:

This little system has been a great workhorse for testing over the years- I’ve also used it connected to the TV. For OS X Yosemite UniBeast installation, to avoid any graphics problems without DSDT, use the boot flag PCIRootUID=1 for 1st and 2nd boot from USB.

For post installation, use MultiBeast's UserDSDT with the F9-HDMI DSDT from the DSDT Database, the 2nd HDMI port, and MultiBeast for audio, network, bootloader, and customization. NOTE: For OS X Yosemite, X58 and 6 Series AWARD BIOS systems (including this one) require 10.9.5 AppleACPIPlatform Rollback.

Still being thankful to Tonymac for its work I like to confirm the "workhorse" CustoMac Mini 2011. I built mine in Winter 2011/12; see my post here:

Last summer 2015 I upgraded successfully to OSX Yosemite 10.10.4 and it still works perfectly, using it as "everyday-working-pc". Little side-note: fortunately I had OSX Mavericks 10.9 still working on another partition, which allowed me to run MultiBeast for the new Yosemite-Installation, and this way to get around the AppleACPIPlatform-Rollback-problem ... Would have liked to know about that before, but anyway, it works. Currently I'm running OSX Yosemite as daily system on one SSD and on the other SSD partitioned in two partitions Windows 7 for testing purposes and OSX Mavericks in reserve.

Not sure so far, if I will skip OSX El Capitan and maybe only go for the next OSX. Following the posts on Tonymac it seems, that I will have to move from bootloader Chameleon to bootloader Clover, and this means to me as a non-tech-addict a lot of reading, think-work and preparation before: "Know, what your doing."

Thanks again to all your work and information here, Tonymac.

Hi tonymacx86 and dessi, what do you do for USB in El Capitan for this board? I know USB3 doesn't work, but I am having trouble with USB2 ports not working very well. Did you just rename the EHC1 and EHC2 to EH01 and EH02? Also, which SMBIOS are you using?

Cheers
