Thank you @tonymacx86 and all for for your continues support !!

Great effort.

Download complete, will do the installation tomorrow using Guide : Update Directly to macOS High Sierra (APFS)

Question:
Do we need to completely disabled SIP using 0x3FF ? Or can we use

Code:
<key>BooterConfig</key>
<string>0x28</string>
<key>CsrActiveConfig</key>
<string>0x67</string>
I reverted to 0x3 and it works fine.

Upgrade functioned also well here, but I cannot seem to see external USB 3 drivers. Any idea what to do? After patching, audio is working.

@tonymacx86 Will HDD users who initially install HS using HFS+ format, later have the option to convert to APFS without data loss? Also what would you recommend for HDD users, APFS or HFS+?

After I started the High Sierra installer, my clover boot screen shows only the carbon copy clone I made on another internal hdd. Any help please?

No luck with apfs on

Asus P8Z68-V PRO.

Clover don‘t boot with apfs.efi placed in Drivers64UEFI.

What about if I have an SSD + HHD and and and ...
I changed all home directories to the HDD
That means /Users/pseudo is placed on the HDD.

Ok, so I tried following the guide.
At the beginning everything looked fine.
I choose the install Mac partition.
But once it finishes, all I see is grey screen.
And nothing happens, I tried to hard reboot, and went through the same route, but same result.

I was then able to boot to my old system Sierra...

Can someone give me a tip?

I have the same issue. Did anyone run into this?
