you need a mac or working hackintosh to create the installer

I Never used WebDrivers as my card always worked natively.

Very thankful for all the work done by everyone here with these guides. With my setup, followed these directions to the letter (allowing conversion to new file system), updated directly, rebooted, NVIDIA drivers prompted to update automatically, then ran audio_cloverALC-130_v0.3.command to fix the audio, and happy to say everything seems to work just fine

Yes you do. Just follow the first part of the guide for APFS.
