I was able to install the public betas earlier. But now that I want to install the final, I get The path /System/Installation/Packages/OSInstall.mpkg appears to be missing or damaged error in the main installer. I have no idea how to fix this.

Where did you get that? Before that, how did you enable the Nvidia web driver? Not High Sierra?
