Unintentional Update problems? NUC 5i7RYH

Hi everyone,

So I've had my NUC Hackintosh for a couple of years now, I think I'm using El Capitan. I used the guide here to do the instal.

Last night when I was turning it off it auto updated and now after pressing enter on the 'Boot Mac OSX' in clover it gives me the black screen with the white Apple logo and then a black screen with a 'no smoking' symbol but of course without the cigarette.

Due to enlisting in the military and moving around and whatnot I can't find my USB. Any ideas what I can do? I really need my computer.

Try safe mode ?
Boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.

I tried both recovery modes and then this happened with both.

What is verbose mode, exactly?

At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v)

Is it just a matter of updating Clover? If so, how do I do that?

I also tried running UniBeast. It greys out the Sierra OS on my wife's old late 2008 Unibody MacBook. It did the same with the older El Capitan OSX on the previous version.

Her computer won't update to Sierra either.
