UniBeast wont stop

I tryed with Mountain Lion , Catalina and el Capitan on 3 diiffernt Mac Computers .
UniBeast install my USB Boot Drive but dont step to the last Summary.
the USB Drive is not booting on the Dell Latitude D830 Notebook.
i think that my USB Drive isnt right installed. I check the Dell with the Vendors diagnostic software . with that the maschine is booting from USB.

can you please help me out ?

okay , my english is not good enough .
i quit with this projekt

I´m a mac user . I understud that UniBeast ist build a bootable USB Stick . UniBeast stops at the point i took the screenshot. You can see that UniBeast stop before Summary. the USB stick contains files but it is not booting.
