Hey, I have a 256 GB external USB flash drive, it's for matted to Mac OS Extended, Journaled, and GUID, but for some reason, UniBeast will not detect it or continue with it.

No.

It is a limitation of the file system.
You may use a 256GB flash drive but you must create a partition of ≤32GB for the installer.
