Unibeast with SATA Mac HD

Hi, i have an Alienware R3 17 with GTX 970m, i'm planning to install Sierra on an External HD(my old macbook pro 2010 hd with a sata to usb 3.0) but i have a question after i set unibeast for the bootable usb, i can choose to boot from this hd? and after restore this and install Mac OS Sierra by Unibeast?

laptop guide doesn't use unibeast (unibeast is for desktops)
