UniBeast w/app store 10.7.4

I just made a usb drive with UniBeast and the current version of 10.7.4 from the app store. My question is do I need to have some consideration for the 10.7.4 update issues with Sandy Bridge systems? Anything I need to do differently? This is my first install and build and the UniBeast build was a few updates ago. Any thoughts?

I'd imagine it's just like everything prior to 7.4... Just keep booting from the unibeast stick till you've got multibeast installed. I say I'd imagine as I've not actually done a fresh install with 10.7.4, but I'd not hesitate to do it for one second either.

Thanks. Reassurance is almost as helpful as a definite yes it will work. I am nervous going into this obviously since it is my first run.
