UniBeast Stuck on Installation Type Page

Hi all, I am trying to upgrade from 10.9.5 to 10.10 Yosemite. I have the Yosemite installer, but when I run UniBeast it gets stuck on the Instalation Type page. All the options are greyed out (see pic). Any suggestions? Thanks so much.

@SubBlack, please add details of your Motherboard to your profile (account details).
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard.
