Hi there. I'm new to the Mac OS environment, but have decided to build a Hackintosh on an Intel NUC that I purchased last year. I'm having issues with trying to get UniBeast to complete the boot image on a USB drive. The USB device is a 32 GB PNY USB 3.0. I've looked at other forum posts and the general "rules" for using UniBeast (requirements, etc.,), but I am getting the same results that the user "cupcake" is getting. I am using the following versions of files:

UniBeast v5.1.0
Chimera v4.0.1
Mac OS X v10.10.2

Everything seems to go well until it gets to finalizing the install, or about 50% on the process meter. Then, it appears to hang at this spot. Here's the contents of the "UniBeast.log" file:

[02/17/15 21:35:45 - Starting UniBeast 5.1.0-20150126

And here is the contents of the "install.log" file:

I hope this helps, but I'm at a loss at this point what might be causing the issue. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm having this same issue, but I can't get past "Copying Files..." I never get an error it just hangs in the same spot.

I give ample time to complete the copying, I've downloaded and re-downloaded uni beast, same with Yosemite, wiped my flash drive as well. My "install.log" doesn't my attempts either. I'm a tad confused.

I've given it 2 hours this morning and it just hangs... but I've re-started the process and it's been copying files for about 10-20 minutes so far so I guess I shall wait & see.
