Nonsense.you cant download it from the app store anymore
if i do that it still says i dont have it downloaded in unibeastNonsense.

It's a bit involved but fairly easy to achieve though.
Download and install Pacifist.
Right click on InstallMacOSX.dmg and select Open with Pacifist.
In Pacifist locate the Install OS X El Capitan.app and drag it into Finder - Applications.
Follow the prompts.
Once complete close Pacifist and run UniBeast.
