not booting without usb drive

It's hard for someone to help if you don't provide any system specs.
I did the upgrade first which went well, only the audio needed sorting. I found though that some apps that I use regularly were misbehaving so I then did a clean Unibeast install. Bad mistake, lot's of issues with Adobe Photoshop, MacCleanse, LittleSnitch to name but a few. Untennable! So it's back to restoring my El-Capitan backup and then applying the upgrade again. Then waiting patiently for the app authors to sort out their twisted kni***rs.

you need to sort out your profile like you agreed to in the rules
you could also boot using -v and take a picture and upload it here which may help!
I have problem with start install. When I booting after Apple logo i see only "stop" logo.
My notebook is Samsung rf510 with
SSD evo 840
