UniBeast: Install macOS High Sierra on Any Supported Intel-based PC

Please Help... How the hell can I download high Sierra from App Store to install it on my desktop with a GTX1080 if I only have a laptop with Mojave?, Mojave doesn't allow me to download it... THANKS!!!

When I get to this step the High Sierra option is striped yellow and black and when I run it on verbose, it just says "couldn't allocate run time area."

What should I do?

My set up:
MSI bazooka h370m
Rx 580 8gb sapphire pulse
Core i5 9600k
250 Samsung EVO 970 name m.2 SSD
Sata Baracoota 2TB HDD
 
After a few years of not being confident enough to try getting a hackintosh up and running again, thanks to everyone here I find out it is actually quite fun and nowhere near as difficult as I remember it being.

It took quite a while to get everything set up to make the High Sierra boot USB but install was surprisingly mostly painless (looking at you GTX 1080).

Thank you all for your guides and tips, having read through quite a few threads today for info I am really happy the people here are so open with sharing their knowledge.

Where should I download High Sierra from?

It's not on the App Store, only Mojave is available for download there.
