UniBeast: Install macOS High Sierra on Any Supported Intel-based PC

Your link is for CustoMac Mini 2017. I am talking about the original CustoMac Mini 2011.
I am waiting for MultiBeast 10. I have it working completely bar USB 3, because the chipset on this mobo is no longer supported by Apple. No workaround here I understand. It is currently running on HDD and HFS+. When MB 10 is out I will try it on SSD and APFS.

I skipped by the first install step 4.9 (prevent APFS). which works ok, but I dont want APFS, when I do this step (convert script), and continue install, i get:

macOScould not be installed on your computer - An error occured installing macOS. To use Apple Diagnostics.. etc,

Also this gives same error:

# list /Volumes to remind yourself of the name you gave it
ls -l /Volumes
# then change your working directory to it (in my case, I used '1013')
cd /Volumes/1013
# now change to the "macOS Install Data" directory
cd "macOS Install Data"
# now fix the minstallconfig.xml with PlistBuddy
/usr/libexec/PlistBuddy -c "Set :ConvertToAPFS false" minstallconfig.xml

SO for a Z68XP-UD3, you cannot keep HFS+J for now....
