Where should I download High Sierra from?

It's not on the App Store, only Mojave is available for download there.

STEP 1: Download macOS High Sierra
The full operating system is a free download for anyone who has purchased Mac OS X Snow Leopard, Lion, or Mountain Lion or has a Mac preloaded with OS X Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan, or macOS Sierra. Download the Application from the Mac App Store using your Apple ID on any Mac or functional computer running OS X 10.7.5 or later.

Hi Friends, today I bought an HP Compaq 6300 Pro SFF / i3-2120 3.30 GHz / 240GB SSD / 4GB DDR3 / Intel Q75 Express Motherboard. Also an MSI 710 1GB graphics card.

I tried to download High Sierra from the Apple Store, but I didn't know which one to download.
There are many updates, from 10.13.2 to 10.13.6
Do these updates contain the full OSX or are they just patches?
Which one should I download?

Regards

Thanks for your response Feartech

Every attempt to download <High Sierra or Mojave> Apple Store replies that my mac is not compatible. Last night I was able to download an OSX Sierra installer file from AppleStore. Can I install Sierra and then from the new machine download or upgrade to High Sierra or Mojave?
Thank you so much
