Apple is no longer listing previous operating system updates in a user's Purchased tab in the Mac App Store.
Since macOS Sierra the updates are no longer tied to an Apple ID account. Previous Mac software updates were linked to an Apple ID account and updating required an Apple ID and password.

You can only download the latest versions of macOS from the App Store.

Oddly enough, you can't download 10.13.6 with that link from a Mojave machine, but you CAN download Sierra and El Capitan from a Mojave machine using those links. I just tried the High Sierra link on a High Sierra machine and it worked. Is this guide applicable to Mojave or do we need to wait for updated UniBeast tools?

If someone desperately needed High Sierra but only had a Mojave machine, you could download and install El Capitan/Sierra and then make your High Sierra USB with Unibeast.

Had a Disk Utility problem with my flash drive. most probably because it was a bootable drive for windows before.
and googled out that all flash drive preparation erase/format steps can be replaced with two commands:

find where you flash drive mounted
    diskutil list

    and erase/format with GPT
diskutil partitionDisk /dev/[your flash disk name, i.e disk2, from command above] GPT JHFS+ USB 0b

I'm having SSD recommended by tonymacx86, installed Mojave on it. Now i want to install HighSierra.

I was formatted as APFS for Mojave but i heard it's unstable format for hackintosh,

Which format is best for High Sierra 10.13.6 ?

How to do for fresh install?

I was so confuse on No-Conversion threads Please advice me

If you want Mojave you have to have APFS.
If you want to choose your format you should use High Sierra.
It's up to you, I am not going to decide for you.
