UniBeast Error

I'm trying to use the UniBeast 1.70 Lion and Mountain Lion to create a new USB install key. I donwnload Lion 10.7.4.app and Mountain Lion 10.8.3.app
on normal mac they works to install both system. When I try to create the USB after 5 second gives error.
My question is:
UniBeast is working only on the first version of the systems (Lion 10.7 and Mountain 10.8) or I download wrong .app versions that can be corrupted or not complete like the original?
I use my old 10.7 and 10.8 unibeast USB to make a clean installation, because I was think lion unibeast was not working on mountain lion system and viceversa, but is give me the same error (doesn't start to copy and in 5 second give the Failed message)

On the Zip file you can find the 2 .rtf files were I copy the LOG text.
I have Lion 1.7.5 and Mountain Lion 10.8.3 .app and with 1.7 version fail on Hackintosh lion, Hackintosh mountain lion and on original iMac mountain lion.
I try the old version 1.5.3 and works but unfortunately I have only the mountain lion version the other I deleted after I download the last one.
I try also 4 different usb pen brand (verbatim, tdk, sundisk)
I wait for any help you can give me to use the last version. thank you

Your installer downloads are corrupt, re download them from the app store.

Re downloaded Mountain Lion installer.
Uni Beast is now writing to the USB Stick.
