Unibeast doesn't see my Mac os drive

I finally built a new system for my recording studio. Pretty common setup.

Gigabyte z370 Aorus gaming 7 mobo,
i7 8700k, 64gb ram, 980 ti, 1000 watt seasonic, Alpine ridge the card and a VisionTek 480 Pcie SSD.

After getting my USB to boot and install high Sierra, I cannot get to my unibeast to show my my VisionTek drive.

I used this drive on my old x58 rig and it worked fine. I find it odd Mac os found the drive and I was able to install high Sierra.

I have updated my bios to the newest version. Not sure why I can't get to the drive. I was thinking about plugging another drive into a SATA Port to see if it shows up. Gonna try another Pcie Lane.

What am I missing? Is there a bios setting I need to know about? Any other suggestions?

What does System Information show for PCI and Storage?

Are you referring to the Bios? I'm still learning this new computer. I'm used to the old stuff.

I took some pictures showing how Mac os sees the drive but the USB installer does not.

System Information from your High Sierra installed disk.

If the installer isn't showing the PCI SSD then it's either a UEFI setting or it's no longer supported.

I can't get into my installed disk because unibeast doesn't show it. Mac os shows it, and installs on it but I cannot boot into it from unibeast.

I would need to boot into my installed high Sierra disk to view the system information, correct? I can't see any other way....

Looks like my Pcie drive isn't playing nice with my motherboard and not supported as a boot drive.

I just got it up and running with a normal SATA 3 ssd. Time to get a Samsung 970 m.2 drive.
