Disable any antivirus software as it can interfere with UniBeast operation.

I have no antivirus installed.

I'm curious why you chose Legacy instead of UEFI? I'm not sure if that's the problem, but can you install Catalina on a Legacy?

My windows is Legacy, and from what i gathered, i can only install Legacy Mac Os.
Basically i didn't want to reinstall my whole windows.

Are you installing Mac OS onto the same HDD as Windows?

I don't know enough about having two systems coexisting with each other, particularly if Windows is using MBR. I would think it should be as simple as disconnecting the Windows drive and installing onto the Mac, but I don't want to give you the wrong advice and then you have to reinstall Windows.

Can you at least try making a UEFI version of the Unibeast Installer to see if that's the problem? You don't have to install it onto your Windows rig.

No, it will be a separate SSD.

You are correct.

macOS should be UEFI for this motherboard. Period.

What version of Windows are you trying to install? Windows 10 does come in two versions but why would you want to use the Legacy version (although MS doesn't call it that). Does your serial number not activate a UEFI install?

If you are installing on separate drives then, as @tedyun says, only have one drive connected at once while installing. GUID is required for macOS UEFI, but the other drive can be partitioned as you wish because the two aren't connected at the same time.

Go here for a guide.

Hmmm ... his problem seems to be at the point of Unibeast creation. I just verified myself that you can create a Catalina installer with Legacy BIOS using Unibeast 10.3.0, so I am not sure why his is stalling. I used a MacBook Air running High Sierra to create the Catalina installer.

Tried UEFI. It's been 25 minutes and still stuck on the Copying part.

Not sure what to say! It's working on my end...UniBeast 10.3.0 can create a Catalina 10.15.6 installer using either UEFI or Legacy. It took a while for me over USB 2.0, but it got the job done. Maybe about 15-20 min. This is a Hail Mary, but maybe try a different USB stick? I've had problems with PNY. I've got 2 sitting here (8 and 16 GB USB 3.0) that refuse to mount.

Were you trying it from Catalina or from an older OS?
I tried with another Pendrive, PNY too (what a concidence) and i got the same problem.
