Whenever I try to use Unibeast to write Lion to my usb I get a kernel panic error. I've tried searching the forum for ideas but I'm only able to find people having kernel panic errors with multibeast durring/after the Lion installation.

I have no idea what's going on. Any help would be appreciated! :D

Are you using the USB 3.0 ports?

Use the USB 2.0 ports.

No, I'm using the 2.0 port.

Try the USB kext from MB and see if it resolves the issue.

Also, try this with a different brand of USB stick as a target. You can also use an external USB hard drive as well...as long as you can format it with a MBR using Disk Utility. Make sure you can read/write whatever drive you use as a target. It doesn't have to be a USB flash drive.
