I have tried countless configurations and troubleshooting guides, but I can't even get to the OS X install screen, it just freezes after it gets to the apple logo, with the progress bar about 1/5 of the way complete on both programs. I originally followed the "Always up-to-date guide" for both clover and unibeast.
I specifically tried to buy mostly hardware that matched the main guide as compatible with a hackintosh, and the list is as follows:
Motherboard: AsRock H97M Pro
CPU: i5-4590
GPU: intel HD 4600
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16gb 1600 MT/s
SSD: Silicon Power 240gb S60
I have tried -v -x alone and in conjunction with all sorts of other arguments, but always end up getting a screen that looks almost exactly like this: http://i.imgur.com/ujE4ey7.jpg , freezes at the same spot with the exact same line at the bottom (sorry, don't have a camera handy...)
With clover, i just followed the guide to a tee, sans the (optional) bit.
I have also tried doing every configuration of "CSM, No CSM, Legacy Only" i can think of.
