Every time I try to create the bootable USB drive (and I have detached all external drives in Finder & Disk Utility), I receive the following error after it copies the files to the USB stick: "There was an error creating your UniBeast drive: Couldn't detach OS X Base System". As you can see from the figure below, there are 2 instances of "OS X Base System" that have been created during the creation of the USB drive.

Any fixes for this bug?

Eject them.
Trying to catch it before I get that error is the problem.

The fix is simple:

After copying the necessary files: Check the list of disks in "Disk Utility", and eject all instances of "OS X Base System".

Can that be implemented for the next version of UniBeast?

It would not allow me to eject either of the "OS X Base System" disks. I tried ejecting them as soon as they appeared.

The error message that I received was: "Failed to eject "OS X Base System" because it is currently in use".

Are there any other suggested fixes?

"OS X Base System" is automatically mounted after you download Mojave. So you need to unmount it via Terminal or reboot.
