unibeast 7.0 says no disk available to install on

i am using the same usb drive i did to install yosemite and el capitan but for some reason it is telling me i don't have a usb drive installed.

I have the exact same problem. The Unibeast notes states that :

9. A UniBeast created 10.12 drive uses approximately 7.42 GB on the destination drive. You can verify this by doing a “Get Info” in the Finder for the USB stick. Note not all 8 GB USB sticks are made alike, make sure your drive has at least 7.6 GB free.​

The USB volume therefore needs to be 7.42GB at least which isn't the case with my 8gb usb drive since the volume size is 7.41GB so that means we need a 16GB drive to actually use Unibeast with sierra.

Your image shows only 7.38GB free.
