Unibeast 5.0 - GenericUSBXHCI

The preinstall of Yosemite freezes without zenith's GenericUSBXHCI.

The Unibeast 5.0 release notes say what GenericUSBXHCI was removed.
Could you add zenith's version? Or make it an option to include it?

GenericUSBXHCI was removed as it is not longer maintained and creates issues under Yosemite on many systems.

If that's a issue then open a topic in UniBeast forum with the kext you want to use for laptops.

We found that even the updated Yosemite version cause issues on some motherboards.

Maybe true, but the desktops still have more than enough USB 2.0 port, unlike the laptops and that kext is runtime-only resource, needed only for the installation proccess. Using it on the already installed OS is up to the user. I think it should be present only for the laptops.

to be added as a separate option in the UniBeast, so everyone may or may not include it on the flash drive (with the proper warning in the description of that option).

Adding it as an option might be good for novice users.

I have now switched to Clover and after creatin a custom DSDT I don't need GenericUSBXHCI anymore.
