So I made 2 attempts at high Sierra beta usb. No go on either.

One some how was APFS format and the other is GUID, but neither are seen after bios on my setup. I put Kexts in the "Other" Folder since Clover doesn't yet have a 10.13 folder.

Do I rename the other folder to 10.13? Do I keep that other folder , but make a new folder for 10.13?

I put fakesmc, nullcpu and my 2 lan kexts in there, for now thats it. Bios sees the GUID usb as pmap partition 1 ( uefi )

Mobo is a gigabyte z170 gaming 7.

Any ideas? Thanks!

i had issues early on w/the latest beta/vanilla installer: immediate slash circle...i ended up just using my sierra 10.12.5 install usb files (post install stuff, clover efi folder) w/HS install package (kept sierra plist, nvme hack, everything).. worked first try. do you have an OC going?
edit: had same issue because too many boot entries in bios. had to boot to clover/old install drive, bcfg rm all entries, then re attempt...

Hmmm. you know, I tried a straight up vanilla style except for just a couple kexts really. I'll try out what you did. Since my Sierra build is almost 100%...I just have tofu sleep/shutdown on this z170.

Thanks for the reply!
