Unable to Create Media

My UniBeast installation (I think 8.3 or whatever the latest is) is unable to create the bootable USB drive. It displays the message that says

"Couldn't create installer"

and the .log file says

"06/17/18 14:39:55 - Starting UniBeast 8.3.1-20180412
06/17/18 14:40:08 - Copying Files...
06/17/18 14:40:09 - Couldn't create installer"

How can I continue? I am unable to go further from here. Is it a problem with the Mac OS version? I have access only to 10.7.5 "Lion".

I looked at this already, and it didn't answer my questions. My error didn't show up there, and I looked thorugh and carefuly read and double checked everything listed. It still didn't help.

It does tell you what to do in the event of a problem though.
