Hi all!
I would like some help deciphering my boot freeze screen:

IMG_0846.jpg

I'm running a GA Z87MX D3H (F7), 4790K, 1 Stick 8GB 1600MHz Crucial Ballistix Sport, and a GTX 760.
Only one Drive connected: Samsung 830 SSD.
Disabled Intel 4600 in BIOS.
Initial install went fine using -x. (MultiBeast 6.4.2, Mavericks 10.9.4)
In MultiBeast I used EasyBeast, only adding the Audio and Network Drivers for this MB.

Now when I boot without any flags I get the white Apple Screen with endlessly spinning wheel (>30min).
Booting -v lands me at above Screen pretty quickly (10sec).
Booting -x lands me in OSX fine, but Graphics are wonky. Network working.

Any help immensly appreciated!

Did you check your BIOS settings? I followed this guide:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/user-builds/128992-gigabyte-ga-z87-hd3-core-i3-4330-success.html
and what he wrote worked right away, first time.

Now i changed my i3 with the i7 4790K and it wouldn't start. Did a new install, succes, but still wouldn't start.
Then I noticed my BIOS settings had changed! Don't know how, maybe with the latest BIOS update?
So, check for your latest BIOS update (=support for K-type processors) and check the BIOS settings I would say.
Good luck!
