unable to boot without hdd installed

thanks for your help. how do I get the EFI from the usb. when I click on the usb all that is on the stick I the install app and a folder that is called EFI-backups but it is empty.

• You need to "mount" the hidden EFI Partition of the USB Installer.

• I have reviewed and edited screen captures viewed in CCG from your EFI of USB installer
• Add missing EFI files in drivers64UEFI and kexts in CLOVER/kexts/Other as shown in edited annotated images uploaded
• To edit your config.plist open it with Clover Configurator Global and duplicate indicated fields from uploaded images .
• Save config.plist clicking bottom left Panel 2nd Arrow of CCG Window
• This edited EFI should work in System HDD also.
